    Die Architekten

    By Dorothea Holloway | August 15, 2014

One is fascinated more by the background, however, than the story itself. Produced in the months immediately preceding the November revolution, the focus of interest is perforce more on the climate of the times than it is on the frustrations of designing an original living-shopping-arts complex in a community not far from Berlin. Unfortunately, little opportunity was available to update the film to the ever evolving present. All the same, several scenes are of historical interest.
