14. Filmfest Dresden International Festival for Animation and Shorts

14. Filmfest Dresden International Festival for Animation and Shorts will take place this year from 16 - 21 April 2002. It is an independent film festival with international and national competition categories as well as supporting events. Filmfest Dresden began a year before the fall of the Berlin wall. Due to its screening of rarely shown films, it has developed over the years into an internationally recognized short film festival and oneof the most important festivals of animation films in Germany. Three juries award prizes.
